We have some important information to share with our users regarding an upcoming update to our video platform portal. Tet Media Services is planning to fully migrate all existing functionality of the Video Cloud portal to the new Videosher interface in Q2 of 2023. Our goal is to make the Videosher portal the primary web interface for all of our customers to use on our video platform, including live channels, recording scheduler, analytics, and more.

The Videosher interface is designed to provide different user roles with a cleaner and more intuitive interface, resulting in increased efficiency. For users who require only basic functionality, the simple mode streamlines the interface to show only the most essential information. Meanwhile, the planned advanced mode will provide more detailed analytics and scheduling tools for power users. Our aim is to provide a seamless, user-friendly platform that makes it easy for you to create and distribute video content, allowing you to focus on growing your audience and achieving your business objectives.

As we move gradually through the sections and features, new features will only be added to the Videosher portal. All user management-related sections are available only on Videosher, as well as the new Playback section, which includes player branding presets, advertisement configurations, and content protection settings. When a new feature is recreated on Videosher, we will consider keeping it in the Video Cloud interface for a period of time to make the transition smoother, if technically feasible. Some features may be moved without keeping them in Video Cloud, but we will replace these with exact links to Videosher features that replace them. We will notify you via email before any significant changes are made.

We encourage you to switch over to the new Videosher portal and log in using the same credentials you use for the existing Video Cloud portal.
