Videosher updates Q1/2023

Recently we introduced a new Billing section in Videosher for our customers to monitor the consumption of the platform features, upgrade and purchase additional volumes, see invoices, and manage payments. Next, we plan to add automated top-ups to prevent the streaming from stopping because of a resource running out. There will also be more consumption details in the billing reports to analyze it more precisely. To access the Billing section, go to the profile menu on the top right corner of the page and select Billing.


Two-factor authentication for Videosher

Videosher's two-factor authentication (2FA) provides enhanced account security by requiring users to enter a one-time code from an authenticator app, preventing password guessing or sharing. The feature is activated each time users log in to the portal.


How to configure 2FA:

  1. Install an authenticator app, like Google Authenticator, on your mobile device.

  2. Go to your profile on the website and click on the Password and Security tab.

  3. Click on the Enable 2FA button.

  4. A QR code will appear, scan it with the authenticator app by adding a new account and choosing to scan the code.

  5. Once the account is added, the app will display a one-time code that changes regularly. Enter this code in the field below the QR code on the website and click Confirm.

  6. Your 2FA is now enabled.



We are also pleased to announce the general availability of our new customer support and ticketing feature, accessible directly from the Videosher portal. Users can now report issues or ask questions directly from the portal, receive answers and feedback from our support engineers, and review all tickets submitted in the past.

To access this new feature, please click on the Help & Feedback button in the bottom left corner of the screen. You can choose to create a new ticket to instantly open a new support case with the option to include a current page screenshot, or access Support Tickets to view the support portal.
