  • Small, Medium and Large Plans include the same features – streaming, storage, metadata management, ad and analytics integrations, (live streaming coming soon) only the included volumes are different.
  • Purchase additional volumes of CDN Traffic, Plays, Media Transcoding and Storage when needed or setup automatic top-up to protect your streams from stopping. You will receive a warning and we also allow some grace coverages.
  • Additional features like geolocation checks, proxy/VPN detection checks and DRM are available for purchase within the platform.
  • All pricing plans are specified without VAT. VAT is applied based on your country of origin at the checkout.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, you can. Once your account created, you have access to our 14-day free trial. 

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you still can use the service until the next recurring payment date. We will not charge you from that time onwards and your account will be terminated after the date when your plan ends. You can also choose to downgrade to a lower plan if such is available but there might be some billable items, e.g., media storage, that go over the limit of the lower plan and you will have to either delete some content or purchase additional volume. 

You can purchase additional volume of any of the billable items or you can upgrade to a higher plan if the increase is substantial and that way you pay less in total.  

Currently we provide live streaming only in Enterprise plan. We plan to add it to the other plans soon.

We have a transparent pricing model with plans that have certain volumes of the essential billable items – CDN traffic, media views, media processing minutes (transcoding) and media storage volume. Additional quantities can be purchased extra. 

You can see your current and historical usage in the Billing dashboard of the platform. We will also send you e-mail messages when some of the items will be close to limit. 

Tax is not included in the prices. Value-added tax will be added at checkout depending on your country of origin and whether you provide your VAT payer number.
